The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind and went the extra mile. The hotel is beautifully decorated and is a gorgeous historic building. The people above our room were incredibly noisy and when I mentioned it to the hotel as we left, the staff were very kind and offered us the very delicious breakfast.....

The front desk staff were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking us places to eat. The entrance to the building is beautiful, and the decor of our room was also very nice.
