All the staff I encountered were excellent - friendly, helpful and cheerful. The wi-fi was strong and reliable. The en-suite, although quite cramped, was satisfactory and the shower was excellent. Value for money was good.

Used the hotel for a few hours rest. Last minute price was highly competitive for the area. Front of house was fantastic

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked in last minute late at night as we had been scammed out of our original accommodation and we were greeted warmly by the reception staff, who also helped us with paperwork and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. There is somebody at the desk 24/7. The room comes with everything you could need. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, the thing that surprised me that they had a shattaf in the bathroom (the thing muslims wash with) even tho i brought mine with me but it was a good thing that they had it and i hope the rest of italy and europe could do the same soon

Location is perfect. Staff is very polite and helps you in any matters. Breakfast is not bad. All necessary products present. Generally I feel there like at home.

Staff were awesome, room was fab and location was great. Such a great find at very short notice. I was touring on my motorbike and needed somewhere to stay at short notice, so glad I found Hotel Romano.
