Friendlyness of the staff. Breakfast was included and they had a lot of different cakes, croissants and other bakery things. A bit of ham, cheese. The coffee was good. Juice, fruits, cooked eggs...They filled up, when something wasn´t avialible anymore.

I don't understand why this hotel has only three stars, it deserves much more! We liked everything. The hotel is located near the metro station. The room's windows face a quiet street. It was quiet at night and comfortable to sleep. This hotel left only pleasant memories.

From the outsde the hotel appears a little old and rundown. However, inside was lovely. Very clean, comfortable beds.Continental breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to bus stop and Metro. Only one drawback was the window in our room had a privacy film on it and only opened slightly, due to the not so scenic view from it. Therefore, you had to have ac on and had no natural light. Apart from that all good. I would recommend.

I had never visited Turin. I selected this hotel based on info provided that stated it was near the city center, which it was not. But other than that, everything else was as expected. I will note----I was surprised to find that many things listed on assorted visitor sites had changed---even though stated as' open', restaurants or even shops were closed and some restaurants had completely changed ownership and type of cuisine. It was very confusing. For example--I decided to go to a local restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. It was the ONLY one listed for that street. When I walked there (through a slightly 'questionable' area), even my 'map search' stated "You have arrived!"--when there was NO 'trattoria' with the original name yet there was a completely different one in its place AND right next door to an Irish Pub! I realized that the best thing to do is ask the front desk at the hotel for updates as to what has NOT changed!

the staff are excellent, they couldn’t do enough for us & the breakfast was really nice. a nice selection of different items. also we were provided by fresh water in the reception area which was a godsend with the extreme heat

The room was really nice and clean. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The TV was working we could even cast our phones to it every once in a while and there is a mini fridge as well. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is located next to the metro station and it is very accessible to the city.
