This was my first visit to Turin. I went for the tennis tournament so I was only there 3 days, but I loved the city and I loved the Hotel Nizza. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - whenever I asked a question or needed anything, they went out of their way to help me. The hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the food was excellent. I will go back to Turin one day, and when I do, I will definitely stay at the Hotel Nizza

A family run hotel, with very friendly personnel. Good quality of everything in it.. A kettle for coffee/tea in room (I had a cold) would help...

It was easy to get there and the location was good. The hotel was very clean although a bit older. The man who greeted us gave great instructions on parking and we were able to park our car right next to the hotel. For this, a big thank you! 🙏🏽

The price we paid for what we received was 5 star! The hotel was immaculate.Staff helpful as my grandson was sick and we needed a bit extra time to check out. Breakfast was great

The hotel room is nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. I had my bed done every morning. Clean towels every day, as well. The hotel staff were really helpful, trying to even speak my language or find somebody that speak's my language and helped me with the invoice. If it wasn't the place, I would have rated the property with a 9.
