For us, it was a great surprise. We had a little budget for our stay in Turin so we did not expect such a well-kept hotel. Staff very friendly, despite the rudeness of other guests. Kid's bed was perfect, loved the bathroom and the breakfast offered. Very close to the Metro. Receptionist even booked us a lovely dinner close by after being caught by a tremendous thunderstorm. Will definitely go back there next time we're in Turin.

The room was clean. The breakfast was okay and the staff are nice. The hotel is located very near the metro station which is also a plus. The neighborhood felt safe.
