Staff ( reception, cleaning, and breakfast room), were very friendly and helpful. Location was very handy for the Porta Nuova railway station and for the Duomo. My stay was very brief and mainly occupied with meetings so I can't comment on other tourist attractions. I would return to this hotel..

Brilliant location. Room was nice and clean. I had an issue with the window in my room and the staff upgraded me to another room for the rest of my stay without any issue or additional cost. Great customer service!
