Accomodation was fine however, photos provided in advance about the room alocated might be concerned as slighty misleading. Comparing my expactation at the time of reservation and reality was a little donwgraded. Apart from that it was ok. The personell was nice and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty but could be warmer (providing some heater to keep it warm untill it is served would be a big help) especially in cold weather.

The room was really nice with spacious bathroom and bath tub. Air con was on even without the card in which was great as the temperature outside was over 30 degrees, it was relieving to get to the cool place. Breakfast was very basic but enough. Location was excellent

Nice quiet hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Handy for 18 and 67 buses to city centre. Nice breakfast room with outdoor tables.

Friendly staff always ready to help. Impeccably clean hotel. Close to everything. The area is not the best Turin has to offer, but nothing to worry about. The other side of the train station is one of the most affluent areas of the city (Crocetta). Wealth gap is as visible as in the US but this will have no impact on a tourist.

Quite comfy bed clean soft towels. Great breakfast. Reception man very helpful marked out a walking route for me to see all the sites in the limited time I had and also got my room ready early. A very pleasant stay

great location very close to Porta Nuova, it was easy to reach the conference center in the south, the metro is closeby. staff is very friendly I liked the room in the last floor
