Iron Pad is not available in room and I gave them two shirts to Iron they charge 6 Dinars

Needs to have a kettle for coffee tea drink in each room an fridge to be bigger enough, The TV needs to be better quality. Otherwise is good

We really enjoyed the warm welcome and friendliness of the reception staff, as well as the helpfulness of all the hotel staff throughout our stay. The location was also a big plus—close enough to the Medina and markets but still with easy access to taxis and nearby restaurants. The WiFi was strong and reliable, and the hotel had comfortable lounge areas to relax in. The room amenities were also a nice touch; having a fridge was convenient, and the extra pillows and blankets were much appreciated.
