the room is exceptional it was nice and clean the hotel location is amazing the staff was very great specially Mr Hamza from the reception office he checked me very fast and was very kind, it won't be my last stay totally 10 out of 10

I stayed with my 3month old and had a very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. For my baby there was a cot available. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower with hot water. Welcome drink and breakfast included. Highly recommended!

All the hotel staff were very kind and ready to help. From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink. The breakfast quality was good, and even when I arrived late, the kitchen staff kindly and cheerfully prepared eggs for me. The room had most of the necessary amenities, and the WiFi, heating system and hot water worked well. However, the shower area needed some repairs to prevent water from spreading throughout the entire bathroom. One night, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bathroom floor covered in water for some unknown reason, but the staff quickly took care of it and dried it out. In terms of cleanliness, the floors and tables could have been cleaner, and I usually expect hotels to provide disposable slippers in the room. The toilet paper could also have been of better quality and cleanliness. Aside from these few issues, the hotel was very pleasant for a stay. Additionally, thanks to a nearby government office, the police are on duty around the clock, which is great for security, and the hotel is also within walking distance of the city center and La Medina. Overall, the friendliness of the hotel staff and their constant willingness to help made my stay very enjoyable.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The staff were extremely helpful, everyone from the receptions, the security staff (who leant us an umbrella as it was raining) The bar staff and the cleaning staff.
