The hotel is on a quiet street: just a couple of minutes from the railway station and not too far from the louage station. It's also really easy to get to the city centre. The breakfasts were really nice with some variety. - the AC in the room is set at 24 degrees and you have no remote control so it was working in a very inconsistent way and you can't affect its work. - the shower and the bath are in a rather shabby condition. - there is a simple coffee machine in the room - the towels and the toiletries are daily changed - the cleaning ladies are very nice and the staff overall is really helpful - hot water was reliably there and no need to wait for it to warm up

The hotel is nice. It is well located near bus, and railway station and the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have what is missing in many hotels durring cold spring nights, airconditionig with the heating mode. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

The location is very central, the staff attentive and helpful especially the girl who speaks very good English. The breakfast is good and the room beautiful, especially the ones facing the main entrance. Very quiet, good sleep.

Warm comfortable room in great location near the station. Good WiFi and helpful staff solved my TV access. I left a t-shirt behind and returned the next day and they found it.. most obliging. To make it even better breakfast could be a bit fresher.

Less than 5 mins walk to train station and metro (tram). 20 mins walk to Medina. Metro convenient for bus stations and Bardo. Comfortable room with heating much appreciated in January. Good selection at buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.

Right next to the train station, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, they kept our luggages after check our we even could come change our clothes and give back the luggages they were friendly, the breakfast is great, they make omelettes and pancakes on the place, there is a very good variety buffet, they left coffee and tea in the room, wasn't noisy l didn't hear the other rooms, good isolation, and the price is very good for this hotel l think,highly recommended.
