Everything was amazing. It exceeded my expectations: the building, the restaurants (both gastronomic and terrace), the spa, and the gift shop. Every detail was taken care of. The staff is super professional and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This was our third stay at this wonderful hotel, and everything was perfect as always. The cleanliness, the location in the heart of La Medina, and the exceptional staff make it a fantastic place to stay. I will always come back!

The ambience of the whole hotel is wonderful, like an oasis in the city. The fact that it is in a narrow cobbled road adds to the whole drama of it. The location was brilliant in terms of going around the souks. Being near the Kasbah square, meant you were not far from a busy area to get taxis. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the tray of dates/oranges/clementines every evening were lovely. The bathroom was luxuriously appointed. Staff were all helpful. One evening, I needed to go to an ATM and they had their security show me where it was and accompany me. The breakfast staff were lovely.
