It was so pretty, the garden was really well done and made it feel like a little oasis. The apartment itself was rustic and well decorated, felt unique and fit the vibe of Tulum. It was well stocked as well, so we could buy and cook food, make tea or coffee, there were even some books in the room. Erica the owner was SO nice and gave us loads of detailed recommendations, which really helped us plan our stay, and made us feel so welcome. There were a lot of useful things at reception too, including lots of drinking water, snorkels to borrow, mozzie repellent and sun screen, playing cards and some games, and a selection of tea too. I don’t think we could’ve needed anything else (: Thank you so much Erica and Zamunda!

Everything! Comfortable, spacious, very clean room with all amenities provided. Appreciated the free access to water, the free tea/coffee service, and free loan of snorkel equipment. Pretty good location - set back a little bit from the main drag but still walkable. Erica and Loris were also extremely helpful with all the information they provided so that I didn’t have to pay ridiculous prices.

There's not much more the delightful owners could do to make this place any better. A beautiful oasis with a wonderful pool in Tulum town. Lots of lovely extras in the room including a coffee maker with coffee, clothes washing liquid and hanging, beach/pool towels and much more. We loved being in town where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops and above all, authentic Mexican eating places just a few steps away on the main street. Don't miss El Camello fish restaurant nearby and our favourite street food Taqueria La Chiapaneca.
