This hotel is so beautiful with its oasis on the edge of Tulum town. The perfect retreat after a hot day sightseeing. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. There is the added bonus of the next door connecting hotel with additional options of a second pool and restaurant/bar etc.

Beautifully designed with a great restaurant. It was also great to have access to their sister hotels. We only visited Bardon though and it was exceptional!

The staff were super friendly and the facilities were fantastic. You are able to use the pool at Bardo too which is super stunning. Very nice yoga area for stretching. I had the omelet for breakfast - the food is world class. Overall outstanding service.

The villa airs wonderful, the food is amazing, the house decoration is impeccable, the staff is kind. You are not very close to the center.. you need a motorbike

Everything was tranquil and beautiful. Great location and lovely staff. Especially Sam. There was even a sister property that you could go to and use the pool and facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a clean, quiet and classy jungle hotel and only a 10 minute walk from the Tulum pueblo. We had an apartment which was perfect for our 7 day stay with our 6 month old baby. This is a family friendly hotel but you can take a break from the little one at the adults only hotel next door for some free yoga every morning. The pool area is constantly being tended to by the staff due to the falling leaves, leaving it clean and tidy. The pool is heated and great after a day visiting local cenotes. The friendliness of the reception staff is one of the highlights of the hotel, a special mention to Dani who was great with the baby and offered some amazing recommendations and a friendly face every day. She is a credit to the hotel. Jon helped us on many occasions and helped us hire a car. Priscila was also very good. We didn’t eat in the evenings here but had breakfast on a couple of occasions, it was very good but pricier than in town which we expected for a more expensive hotel. There is a free coffee machine in each room. They communicate through WhatsApp, which is good as you can ask questions when out and about.

Very beautiful place, the hotel is newly renovated, with parking options, a pool, a very good restaurant where we had both breakfast (included) and dinner as well as spa services among others. Menus are varied with many healthy options. Overall we found a very clean space with very comfortable rooms, minutes by car to the beach. Highly recommended
