Hotel Overview

The adults-only The Beach Tulum Hotel Hotel offers a beautiful setting on Tulum Beach within 7 km of its famous Mayan Ruins. It features beach-front rooms with terraces and lounge areas, an outdoor pool, a beach club, and a restaurant. Onsite Spa and onsite shop.
Each luxurious, beach-front room has stylish, minimalist décor. Each air-conditioned accommodation includes free WiFi and a seating area.
Guests can enjoy a full breakfast either in the Ziggy's restaurant or Fresco's. Ziggy's Beach Club serves drinks and snacks from 09:00 until sunset.
Tulum National Park is less than 4 km from the hotel, while the town center is a 10-minute drive away. Cancún is within 140 km away and Playa del Carmen is within 60 km away.

Beachfront Junior Suite - enter dates to see room photos

All junior suites are located ground floor and have a king bed and a patio facing the sea, with a private plunge pool per room. They are the largest of the rooms and have a sitting area with sofa inside the room. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower and separate hot tub.

Deluxe Beachfront Room - enter dates to see room photos

This ground floor double room features a beachfront patio with couch and hammock, direct beach access. It also includes a bathtub, shower, air conditioning.

Beachfront Rooftop - enter dates to see room photos

All rooftop rooms are located on the second floor and have a king bed and a balcony facing the sea, and a private rooftop area accessible only from the room, with a hot tub and lounge cushions. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower and a separate tub.

We booked for two nights and stayed for four! Great rooms straight out onto the beach, food amazing, staff excellent and very helpful. Special mention for David and Aldolfo.

Extraordinary hotel with its own beach and extraordinarily comfortable sunbeds. The hotel has two restaurants where the food is very good (a bit expensive in my opinion). The staff is very kind and responsive to the problems or requests. The Junior Suite where i stayed has all the facilities for five stars and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location is close to the most important restaurants and shops (a few steps away - no need a taxi , also very expensive). For transfer from Tulum airport I used Amstar, also very well.

Beautiful, clean beach with direct access from the room; you live on the beach, have a big bed with an ocean view, a great healthy breakfast, have very kind and helpful staff, clean, spacious room with a terrace upstairs, hammock in the front, everything is just lovely.
