Close to amenities. Nice courtyard and small swimming pool. Drinking Water available 24/7. Rooms cleaned daily. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Staff friendly. 20 minute walk from the Main Street Tulum and Ado bus terminal. Restaurant situated directly outside property. Great for short stay. Small lock safe in room.

I stayed in the Presidential Suite and it was truly great. It is an apartment with a kingsize bed and 2 steps lower a living room area with a couch, a coffee table and a refrigerator, very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is great and there is a rooftop terrace with a small private pool. The location is perfect.

Thank you to Rodrigo Alexandro Valentine for all your very helpful advice about Tulum and to any queries we had about our stay. The cafe next door is so handy for Breakfast and dinner. The hotel arranged our transfers from Cancun and all went well.

The hotel itself is beautiful and charming, like a little green oasis with a pool, located slightly away from the city's busiest areas but still within easy reach. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, offering a perfect escape from the urban hustle. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome throughout your stay. You can choose day by day whether or not to have the room cleaned, and in case you need support with something, you just need to ask in the reception. The hotel doesn't have a kitchen but right next door to it there is a mexican restaurant, which is highly recommended, and not so far other nice coffee places and restaurants and right in front a huge super market.

Staff super helpful with any kind of request, the place is beautiful and it feels like entering a rainforest with comfortable rooms and a nice pool. Walking distance from the city centre and we got a free upgrade of the room upon our arrival.
