The hotel was pretty and accessible to the beach/town by bike. It has big supermarkets nearby. Breakfast was a bit pricy and the area where to eat was small so there was a queue in the morning. Facilities are nice. The drinks at the bar are very expensive. Room smelled a bit moldy but maybe that is common in Mexico. It was clean and quiet. Beds were too soft.

The rooftop pool is just what i needed. The location is perfect cause just in between the center and the beach, also just in front of the Chedraui (supermarket). I had to change my stay by 2 days and they accepted super fast so I am grateful for that too, thank you again <3

Great location between the hotel zone beaches and Tulum city center - easy to find. lots of rental shops for cars / quads / bicycle / scooters just outside in the street. Big bedroom - quite clean. And staff super nice to help you if you have a request. If' you're not expecting too much, the quality of the service is fine - which is ok for the price you pay per night.

From walking distance menu restaurants. Good size for a room. Comfortable beds! You can rent a bike directly from a hotel, which was nice.

Beautiful hotel - everything was designed really nicely and the rooftop pool is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset
