Good location in Tulum town, yet away from the noise.... Car rentals and supermarket was a 5min walk. Loved our room - spacious n clean. Nice common areas too, very boutique, simple and lovely design. Decent pool, garden and balcony. We reached the hotel at 1am and managed to check in without any trouble. Very friendly staff. (Thanks again). Convenient car park. Would definately stay here if i visit Tulum again. (And for us, staying in Town was way better than staying on the Beach Road)

It is a lovely place. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with living space and dining area. Confortable bed. No charge for using safe. Access to pool from the room. Very close to activities/bars/restaurants in town.

Super friendly staff, great location for our purposes and cute interior. There was a mini fridge in the room and the shower amenities were really good! The pool was nice and there is an ATM right outdoor the hotel. You can easily walk everywhere i. Puebll from the hotel and arw also quickly at the beack by car or bike.

Perfect location! The rooms were big & the kitchen was a huge bonus. Pool was beautiful, the concierge was helpful. Absolutely unreal value for money. 10/10 would recommend

The property itself is beautifully decorated, a hacienda style, very good location to shops, restaurants, trip Departures, etc... Nice swimming pool and outdoor area, comfortable, spacious rooms.

Good location for town amenities i.e. shops, restaurants and excellent Chedraui supermarket. Lots of space with access to pool from ground floor apartment. Transport or bike required to visit beach, though for us this was the best option.

Great place to stay with such great value too! We had a suite on to the pool that was amazing. Everything within walking distance in downtown and very close to the road that leads to cenotes

The room was big and comfortable, and we had access to drinkable water. The personnel was kind. Also, it was not too far away from the ADO bus station by foot.
