The fine print
Service dogs and emotional support dogs are permitted only upon prior request and confirmation of hotel availability, exclusively during our pet-friendly season from June to October. One dog per room, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. A mandatory fee of 2,500 pesos per stay (up to 5 days) applies. If the dog is trained, hygiene protocols and the original vaccination certificate must be provided. Dogs must not be left alone or unattended at any time. An additional security deposit of 6,000 pesos will be required. Other pets are not permitted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great place, directly on the beach in a very intimate environment outside (but close to) the busy Tulum touristic area. Hotel is actually located inside the reserve Sian Ka'an. Staff is super caring and friendly. You can get delicious drinks/cocktails and the meals we had there were one of the best we got in 2 weeks in the Yucatan peninsula. Last but not least, we could sea sea turtles laying eggs in the moonlight on the beach in front of the hotel and see help baby turtles getting to the sea. Fantastic experience.

This was a really special one. The experience of going to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves in unparalleled. Everyone working at Libelula is extremely professional and kind, doing everything to make you feel like you're part of a community. On our second day there, we decided to drop all our plans and spend the whole day between our room and the beach.

The atmosphere was fantastic ! The manager Jorge is great at making you feel at home and making your day/evening! We truly enjoyed the evening talks - and we still listen to some of the songs that were played. The food was truly wonderful, and we loved each dish that we ordered. Lovely place at the beach!

We loved the eco lodge. It’s isolated, far from the beach clubs which is great. The bar manager was super nice with us. There are only guests on the beach so you have your bed on the beach in the shade and you can enjoy the quiet.
