The location is good and central, the beach is clean there's no seaweed in front of it. It's not a beach club, it's more chilled which is great but it can use more of a vibe, live music or sundowners. Also the food is goot at their restaurant.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the rooms was spacious and had small details that made our stay even more comfortable. The level of service and kindness from the stuff was outstanding, we experienced a 5 star service level from a 4 star hotel. The location is perfect, just in the middle of the beach strip, surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacy and mini markets.

We stayed in La Zebra in mid January for 4 nights. I wished I booked longer. It is located on georgous Tulum beach with white sands and Palm trees. The beach club and food is really good. The ambiance is really nice. Our room was located on the beach with a plunge pool, which was heated whenever we asked for it. The room was very spacious with a nice decoration, exclusive Mexican atmosphere. The room is cleaned everyday. We found hot ginger tea and chocolates every night when we arrived in our room. You have everything ready in the room, from umbrellas to yoga mats, brewed Mexican coffee. Front desk team, Lucy, Ricardo, Estaban were great. Our special thanks to Juan Carlos, he helped us in everthing we asked for, from restaurant recommendations to private excursions. I would definetely recommend La Zebra to anyone travelling to Tulum. Come with or without children. Tulum Tips: The parties in Tulum begin with brunch, continues with sunset, dinner and night. Entertainment anytime of the day:)))

Beautiful hotel and location! All the staff was super friendly from the ones working in the restaurant to the cleaning ladies bringing us tea in the afternoons. Edgar, Jaime, Miguel and Juan Carlos really made our stay exceptional!

AMAZING hotel, amazing staff, great location, SUPER clean. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It made our trip. We stayed in a jungle view room with plunge pool and it was fantastic, highly recommend.

Beautiful stay right on the beach in tulum. The staff were very helpful and the accommodation was really beautiful. The view from the room was unbelievable and the jacuzzi out front made it the perfect stay.

Wonderful staff. Lovely room. Beautiful beach. Even though there was seaweed the staff did their best to clear it. Juan Carlos was very helpful in arranging excursions with a lovely company. Also even though there is just one restaurant the food options and variety of evenings were great - it didn’t feel like food got boring.
