Rooms were nice, the bathroom was gigantic and breakfast was very complete, but the best was Don Severino's attention towards the client.

The staff was nice, everything was very clean and the location was good but a car or motorbike is needed. Forget about bikes in Tulum , the distance are very far.

Staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sylvia who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a fast internet connection. It is also close to a Seven eleven store, bicycle rental store and good cafes/ food choices within walking distance.

La Bella Vita is beautiful, Silvia and the staff are very nice and so accommodating! Our room was clean, pool was lovely, and the included breakfast was yum!! La Bella Vita is just out of town in an area where we felt very safe, it’s an easy walk or bike ride into town or a taxi is easy to get. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tulum!

Silvia and all of the staff were extremely welcoming and super accommodating! Such a beautiful stay for the start of our trip. Everyone went above and beyond for us. Super friendly and clean. Highly recommend!!
