Fantastic location if you want to stay in Tulum town, but best of all the staff genuinely friendly and welcoming. They gave us great advice on where to go, went out of their way to help, and even walked us to the bus stop so we didn’t get lost. Nice rooms too and we loved the plants.

Booked last minute after another hotel canceled, and glad we did! Lovely little hotel. Staff spoke excellent English and all very helpful. Lovely palm tree lined courtyard in the centre makes it feel like an oasis. Room was comfy and simple, mostly quiet although you could hear a little noise from clubs up the road it wasn't too bad. Lovely little breakfast included up on the rooftop terrace. And good places to eat very close by. Overall great value for money, would highly recommend!

The location is great and there were good spots near that we enjoyed visiting! The breakfast with an amazing view and loved the fruit platter and juices.

The location was very good in downtown Tulum just on the border of the Hotel Zone so you can access the more local eateries and bars. The room was spacious and clean with a decent bathroom. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.
