We are located in El Jaguar Park. Entrance to El Jaguar Park in Tulum has restrictions to help preserve the biodiversity and unique ecosystem of the area. These measures help protect the local species, flora and beaches.
- To enter the Jaguar National Park, you must pay a bracelet that costs $121.00 MXN per day; otherwise, you will not be allowed access to the park. This price is established by the Mexican authorities and is external to the hotel.
- PET is not allowed.
- Cigarette packs are not allowed.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.

Front beach, small refreshing swimming pool, good services on the beach including restaurant and shower, perfect position close to the archeological site (you can go walking).

The hotel is beautiful. It has an amazing boutique jungle vibe that we loved. Food and drinks are delicious and the staff very friendly. The pool is great and the beach very nice with views of the Tulum pyramids.

Beautiful setting in National Park. Walking distance to ruins. Seaview room was just perfect. Rustic and beach life decor.

We mostly enjoyed our stay in Kai Tulum. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Enough sunbeds existed in beautiful beach. It is a quiet location unless other hotel visitors makes noise. It is in a walking distance to Tulum ruins. It has enough parking lot to park your car. I strongly suggest you to rent a car if you are planning to visit cenotes, Chichen Itza and other ruins as well as restaurants in city centre. WiFi was fast enough even for video streaming during our stay in every spot of the hotel.
