The place is beautiful and a real wee haven away from the heat. The roof top pool was unexpected and underused, to my advantage (I had it to myself the two times I used it). Overall I felt very safe there and was very relaxed and chilled out until a group of younger ones came over the weekend and were quite loud (talking, banging doors). Think they were more used to a hostel than a hotel. They ruined the vibe of the place which I'd been enjoying until then.

Amazing and very attentive service, excellent location. 10 minutes walking from the center, directly in front of the mall, very safe, clean and convenient place.

Pool area was really nice for relaxing. Room was lovely and it was a treat to have a kettle and a TV with Netflix (you need your own log in)

Good location (although not the easiest to find we were lucky to see a review showing it was opposite the big supermarket!) decent breakfast included and good size room and bathroom with the bonus of the pool - didn’t use but seemed clean. We ended up with a good deal but surprised with the high rating on booking.com

Great location right opposite the supermarket and close to everything. Easy to find and a nice clean room with hot shower and a comfy bed. We were very happy with our stay and the Zen music in the lobby was nice . After spending 5 days at the beach coming into town to experience another side of tulum was great . The staff were very helpful and easy to talk too. We will stay here again on our next visit and not at the beach area. Value for money.

Deluxe room was spacious, overlooking a green area with all amenities needed for a lovely stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel had a very calming vibes.

Location is great, it’s only a short walk from the city centre. There are many restaurants near by, if you don’t feel like going into the centre. The staff was great, room is nice, has smart tv, aroma therapy, and aircon. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided daily as well. There were no water issues (which can be a problem in Tulum), out of 4 nights, only once the water was a bit cold, but I waited a couple of hours and it was back hot.

Staff is very friendly and helped us with booking drivers/ tours. Safe location in downtown near a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, bus station. Aromatherapy and relaxing music.

It was so clean,the atmosphere was lovely,staff was extremely nice.Loved everything about this place.Even the breakfast was unreal.Would highly recommend it.
