I arrived after 42 hours travelling and needing rest. This was a great hotel for that,a short walk from the bus stop and with very large comfy bed. Both reception staff I met were helpful and friendly.

We highly recommend Hotel Boutique Murana Tulum to anyone looking for an excellent price-to-quality ratio in a prime central location. We booked well in advance and were delighted to secure a great discount. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s facilities were equally well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. A special shout-out to the incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, especially Tere and Cesar, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine hospitality and helpfulness truly set this place apart.

Very good location. Close to everything in center of Tulum. Restaurants, cafes, markets, street food, gelateria, bars, night life. 20-25 minutes from Playa Paraiso (which is amazing) with the bicycle. Free Coffee , tea and drinking water on reception and on the first floor.
