Nicely located right at the beach. Pretty far down the beach strip though, so you definitely have to take a cab/collectivo. Couple „Tulum style“ Boutiques and pricey restaurants around. The Beach area was nice, drinks and pizza were delicious and the staff was really friendly. Nicest staff we came across in Mexiko. Also fairly priced happy hour. Also good brekkie.

it had a relaxing vibe, in sync with nature's harmony. They've done a great job preserving nature in perfect harmony, and the hotel is cleverly nestled amidst the trees, almost hidden away.

Great location. The restaurant and reception staff, uriel, eric, liliana snd others were so helpful. Rooms were clean and the early morning quiet on the beach was very enjoyable.

We got upgrade to beachfront deluxe room for very good price. Which we really liked. The hotel in the nature is really romantic and pleasant. If you want to relax at perfect beach this is the place.

The hotel staff is super friendly, the beach area is very nice, and the ambience of the hotel is very chill jungle-ish. Great fresh juices every morning which we loved. Easy communication during our stay via WhatsApp. The taco restaurant/bar right outside is worth a visit. They tidy the sand and clean up the seagrass everyday. The first three nights of our stay we stayed in normal studios. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

We stayed for 9 nights at Dos Ceibas. The beachfront apartement was beautiful. The room offered a great view from the balcony. You can see the sea through a few palm trees. Furthermore a safe is available in the room and the bed had a mosquito net with an inbuilt fan. No air conditioning, because it is an "eco hotel". The bathroom offers a shower, sink and a toilet, all were clean. You can choose from a few different breakfast options, which seems to be the standard in Tulum (B&B), but that didnt bother me, because all the options were great. If you need, the are some extra non-included dishes available. The service staff was attentive and courteous. Daily room service was also great. Free drinking water was 24/7 available. The Beach Club is beautiful and the beach beds were comfy and are cleaned every day. Drinks and food prices are, compared to other beach clubs in zona hotelera, slightly below average.
