- the beautiful Caribbean Seafront, of course! The beaches are just amazing, a lot of place (beach beds) to rest. - The fact it’s very close to Tulum’s ruins. - That it’s in a (pseudo)-protected area, meaning it’s less polluted and dirty than the rest of Tulum. - The restaurant, its food, fresh coconuts at the beach, and its STAFF! The efficiency and warmth of Emanuel, Adriana, Esteban, José and others was a real pleasure. - In the reception and overall management, Enrique is a star, very professional, effective and attentive. - The massage is top level (really! And I’m rather difficult to impress!). Ms. Erika is an incredibly talented professional, so me and my husband did the massage twice and We LOVED it!!! Besides their skill and talent, they were very friendly and the massage is made by the beach, which was heaven! - The cleanliness (& the cleaning staff (all women) was super friendly).

The location of the property is amazing! its definitly the best in Tulum nationalpark. The private beach is perfect. Garden and suroundings are very nice. Staff is friendly.

The beach is superb and perfect. The pool is also perfect. The whole place is superb! Our room was very exotic and nice. We enjoyed the fans above the beds. Breakfast was included and very nice and tasty. A lot of choices.

Breakfast options were great. Location was brilliant for walking to Tulum beach and for getting into Tulum centre. The room was absolutely stunning. Staff were lovely and food and drink at the restaurant were fantastic.

Most of the staff is very attentive on making your stay great. The outdoor areas are always taken care of. The room was good, had a big bed and a good mosquito net. The beach area is nice and peaceful. The restaurant is good, the food is well cooked with tasty sauces and remains light. Service at the restaurant is good. The reception people are very nice and friendly!

The location, the Carabien sea view, the hotel architecture and the overall atmophsfere is absolutely beautiful. You really feel that you are in the heart of Carrabiens with the flavor of ancient Maya culture. Tha staff and their care for the guests is examplary. Our bungalow was nicely cleaned every day.
