It's in a good spot if you want to travel to both the beach and downtown. The staff at the front counter are very helpful and there are always transport available. Restaurants are great and beds were comfy.

The beautiful setting of the pool. I can imagine it would be problematic if there were kids playing in the pool, but when I was there, I had it to myself to do laps (which it is set up for - though only one person at a time).

Beautiful hotel in a new neighborhood with super friendly and always very helpful staff! Spacious rooms, 2 nice restaurants with a jungle atmosphere, where you can also have breakfast. Taxis are always arranged within 3 minutes. You can choose rooms with a small private pool or without one, we didn't use the pool. In short, a lovely, not overcrowded hotel!

The flats are huge and very clean ! The hotel is situated between tulum city center and the zona hotelera. The service is great specially the reception which they take care to book beach clubs or taxi or excursion’s. The food from the 2 differents restaurant is delicious.

The interior is so beautiful. You feel like you’re in a jungle. Beds are comfortable and I had really good sleep there. The staff were so kind to us. After claiming my first room they handled the situation so good and quickly moved me to another room with even an Upgrade!
