Room was nice and staff were very helpful providing tips. Tania was amazing and accommodated our needs with a 10 month old baby including saving us a bed at the Delek beach club. Would happily stay here again.

The place was spacious, clean and beautiful with wooden floors and jungle views. There was coffee available in the room and the common roof area where you watch the sunset. We went at a quiet time in November so it was nice to have a lot of quiet space for ourselves. The staff was great from check in to check out. I ate at the restaurant located on the property, Kappen Ha, and charged it to the room. They added an extra tip for themselves that I didn't agree to so the hotel offered it back to me, which was a kind gesture and I really appreciated it. The food there wasn't that great either but there are plenty of top notch restaurants all around to make up for it. There are the cutest boutiques on site and all around. A mini mart across the street so I didn't have to pay a high cost for the food and drinks in the mini bar.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature, created and managed with love and care. The cenote added a lot to our stay and is truly a delight. The common lounge areas for guests are amazing to relax outside the room in the evenings. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. Breakfast was good! And the reception staff was kind and helpful.
