All very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. The smoothies at breakfast were delicious! The yoghurt, granola and fruit based bowls were very tasty. Lovely, quiet beachfront setting.

Cabanas location is amazing!! The hotel is gorgeous with fabulous food and superb staff. The vibe is very relaxing. Communication via WhatsApp is brilliant. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay.

Very nice calm location. Feels like a hideout. All the staff were super nice! Always willing to help. Both restaurants ( Ziggys and Frescos) are world class! Would rate it 9.5/10

Such a lovely hotel! We didn’t want to leave at all. The staff was one of the most welcoming people we ever met. The breakfast at Frescos was a la carte and soooo good! We couldn’t get enough of it :)) (My recommendation: the Salmon Tostado) The beach was super clean and calm. If the weather wasn’t that good the pool was also a nice alternative to the beach! Also it was amazing to see how they protected the wildlife (the nests of the sea turtles would be roped off so no one could step on them). Our room (we luckily had a free upgrade) was beautiful and the view was just divine. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tulum and we’ll definitely be back!🫶🏼

The hotel was just perfect, specially all the staff was just amazing. We felt welcome and taken care of from the first second we arrived. And the rooms, access to the private beach, the pool and the hotel in general were great, but special attention goes to the breakfast with the healthy but delicious options.

Nice beach and location not too close to beach clubs with load music. Great food from both restaurants, especially Ziggy’s. Nice attention fron staff. Gym and spa was a plus.
