What makes Botanica stand out is the staff/hosts - they were exceptional! It felt like home. The location is on a quiet street, so it‘s for everyone who likes to go out to town but then return to a quiet place to rest.

Hiden gem in Tullum. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The place looks like a small paradise in the middle of the city. It's modern, yet rustic and cosy with attention to small details that make the difference. The location was perfect as well, close to bars and restaurants, as well as a big supermarket, but far away enough from the downtown to avoid its confusion.

Arriving at the hotel felt like entering a magical secret world. Cocktails at the pool and the breakfasts were pure bliss. Also the staff were super nice!

Botanica is simply wonderful. If I could give more than a rating of 10 I would. From the incredibly, warm staff, who go above and beyond at every opportunity, proactively so, to make their guests stay exceptional to the wonderful breakfasts, to the sense of community they foster. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in Tulum, please look no further. This place is very special. To Fernando and Alejandra, and to all the staff, and all the guests, thank you for making Christmas 2023 - as well as my birthday - a truly magical, joy filled and memorable experience.

My favourite hostel in Mexico and one of the bests I've ever been! The place is stunning, with a mix of modern and vintage design and a beautiful garden. A lot of amenitis are free: towel, shampoo and shower gel even bicycles to borrow! (Although some of them a bit rusty) and their free breakfast is awesome,probably better than a lot of cafè. All that said, the real plus of the place is the outstanding staff, especially Alejandra, Isac and Fernando were super sweet, went above and beyond their tasks; even invite me at the beach with them and drive me to the bus stop. Can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality

Great owners, forthcoming with useful info. Lovely property and grounds. The noise from Las palmas next door stopped before 11pm. Great value. Would thoroughly recommend.
