The design of the hotel, the staff and the location. The manager was so helpful and gave lots of recommendations. He also helped me organise bike hire.

Modern but also authentic design of the hotel and room. Vicinity to all the main points in Tulum. Manager Juan who goes beyond in making the trip as comfortable as possible for the guests.

The place is so comfy and inviting. The manager is so nice and gives a lot of good tips and helping with everything (even things that not related to the place). The room is very beautiful and clean, the vibes in the campus is good.

The location is great! Within walking distance to all of the restaurants and just a short walk to the ADO bus station. The staff is also very kind and helpful and they provide a lovely breakfast. The rooms are nice and equipped with everything you need. A refrigerator is also provided in the main area.

Really well located and pretty quiet given it is so central. The breakfast was great, and the manager Juan and his staff were really helpful and friendly! Air conditioning was also very welcome!!
