We got a complimentary upgrade and excellent service from the start. The staff was very friendly and the room was amazing would definitely stay again.

Loved the architecture and history showcased around the hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Room was huge and loved the big walkin shower. Corner room gave 189 degree views

Unbelievable gorgeous suite. Comfy, clean, so classy. It was a real luxury experience. Kitchen with all appliances. Such a beautiful place, and close to the arts centre of town. The valet parking was great, Brian was so helpful. The suite was so gorgeous, loved the layout. The staff couldn't havve been more friendly. BUT - they didn't have much in the way of useful info.
