Location was perfect . O dammit we needed this scenery after a hectic work year in the city. The view was perfect . The way the cottages are located it gives you your own private space .The great thing about staying on the farm , wine tasting was in walking distance and very relaxing.

I like that there is a swimming pool you can use, everything is so people friendly. Swimming towels ready next to the swimming pool.

Well appointed rooms with all the amenities you could need. Beautiful outdoor braai area with a great view, good quality wood given for fires. Very easy check in and check out process. Very well kept grounds.

During some of the worst weather of 2024, with flooded roads and horrendous downpours, our stay at Saronsberg Vineyard Cottages was a beacon of comfort. Despite the challenging conditions outside, the cottages were a haven of warmth and coziness. The electric blankets were on, and the air-con heater was set to a perfect, welcoming temperature upon our arrival. The cottage was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, featuring a large, firm bed and a generously-sized bathroom with a shower. The thoughtful amenities, including plenty of firewood, fire lighters, and a lovely bottle of Saronsberg red wine, made our stay even more enjoyable. It's worth noting that there was no TV, so if this is your thing, be sure to bring a laptop or projector with you. Additionally, the staff at the wine tasting room were brilliant, providing excellent service and a lovely warm fire that added to the inviting atmosphere. Saronsberg Vineyard Cottages truly thought of everything to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay, even in the worst of weather conditions.

We enjoyed the wine tasting experience, also a privilage to see such an excellent art collection. In the cottage we really liked the fireplace, as well as the Nespresso machine. The electric blankets were a welcome bonus as it was a very cold, rainy weekend. A very nice shower in the bathroom... A pleasant welcome surprise, with a bottle of Saronsberg Shiraz on the table awaiting us, thank you!

Saronsberg cottages are comfortable, beautifully furnished and the location is beautiful. Situated on the wine farm, it's convenient to do a wine tasting among the beautiful art and then return to your cottage.
