Honestly, everything. The vibe, the bedroom, the location, the food, them! Hamlet and his wife are so so so nice and so welcoming. This place is extremely beautiful. The view and the place is other level of comfy

This was a very nice place right next to the lake (you literally walk out of your door and into the lake). It was so nice that we came back after our travels through Sumatra here at the end of our holiday! Nice staff, very helpful. It's close to some stores and restaurants. Simple but clean place! The view is worth is. Beds are also very comfortable!

Fantastic place with the lake in the front of the house. Waking up in the morning is so relaxt, you hear birds and te water of the lake. Beautiful view. Really nice hosts, they are very friendly and helpful. The bed was good, bathroom was big.

Excellent staff. It's great to see that there are still hostels/homestays that truly help customers and don't intend to make money out of their every move. He helped us to rent a motorbike and bus tickets to the airport out of the goodness of his heart, not taking any commission out of it. They provide you with water refill. Hot water in the showers. Big room

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views to the lake. The food was delicious (the best we ate in Tuktuk) and the staff is friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful! Great value for the money!

A comfortable room on the waterfront with a large bathroom which was clean. Run by a really friendly family who make a good breakfast. Better than Reggae guesthouse for half the price

The room itself was basic, but that's also what you're paying for. Don't expect Western standards, but if there's anything you're unhappy with or anything you don't understand, the personnel is more than happy to help. The view was beautiful, the food AMAZING (try their avocado milkshake with avocados from their own garden!!) and the people were very friendly. We would come back :).
