We were in transit, so its location adjacent to the airport was excellent! The staff were very friendly and the hotel suite, facilities, lobby and restaurant were all very clean. The complimentary transport to and from the airport is also excellent. We will stay again when we return to Melbourne via Bali in a week or two.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle available early in the morning free. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very good price and excellent for staying close to the hotel the night before early morning flight. Recommended.

I just stayed for a few hours between leaving Ken hotel and waiting for a midnight flight - room was very clean, and fine for a quick stay. All staff I encountered were lovely, and food from the restaurant was good.

The Hotel was very close to the airport, the room was very clean and good in size, and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice, the lunch menu was lovely as well. The Hotel had a gym and massages available, and the staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome always attending to help us with anything we needed. Would stay again
