Mavrias Apartments are perfectly located in the centre of Tsilivi making all shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kyriakos, the owner, could not have been more friendly! He arranged transfers to and from the airport for us at a great price and made sure we knew where everything was that we would need as well as offering recommendations for the local area. He was also always around for any questions to be answered.

Great location with restaurants , cafes and the beach all in walking distance The staff were so friendly and helpful. Giving advice and generally friendly. Very accommodating for our flights and kept our room so clean!

Very well equipped , comfortable apartment. Regular cleaning and change of towels and bed linen. Easy access to neighbouring hotel facilities.

The apart building is in a good location, with many good restaurants and terraces nearby, in a short 10 minute walk I think you can find at least 15 of them. Kyriakos is a very friendly host, explaining to you everything and being available all the time. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need, like iron, hair drier, etc. It is also air-conditioned, which is a must in Zakynthos in the hot summer. Overall a good experience at a fair price. I think that if we will visit Zakynthos again I will probably chose the same location. Thank you, Kyriakos, I hope we will meet again. :)

Just returned home from 2 fantastic weeks staying at Mavrias Village. From the time of initial booking, the owner has been so helpful and he clearly has great pride in his properties and wants to ensure his guests are happy. We stayed in a loft apartment which had everything you could ever need. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The bed was certainly one of the comfiest I have slept in. Thank you Kyriakos for your kindness and hospitality, we will be back to Tsilivi again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate in staying with you again.

The owner is very helpful and attentive!! It was my second year at this place with my friends and it could not be more amazing. Location is great , all staff is perfect. Everything was more than awesome.
