The host is amazing, the Location couldn't be closer to the beach. Really easy to commute to town if you have a kid. Great location and very close to restaurant and shops.

Location is excellent, you can find a lot of restaurants and shops only walk for 1-2 mins. staff are nice and friendly, also the beach in front of the hotel are nice and clean, you can see many fish there.

Dona, the host, you are exceptional - thank you! All apartments/rooms face the ocean. Room was larger than expected and so is the bathroom. Seem to have been renovated not too long ago. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and have rebooked for another 2 nights on our return to Zakynthos later in our travels

The location is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast is really tasty with plenty on offer. Within walking distances of lovely bars and restaurants.

The best place to stay in Zakynthos! It's our 2nd year coming to Filoxenia and we can't get over it! We stayed for 10 nights this year and all was perfect! The view from the balcony is awesome, the appartment is nice, simple and bright, they clean it and change the towels every day! The breakfast is tasty, the people are always smiling, welcoming and trying to be of help. The terrace is a treat and the restaurant offers very good food. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but you can go right into the blue clean water and enjoy your time relaxing there. There are beaches in the right and left of the hotel, so you have places to go if you want to stay near the waves. We recommend having water shoes for entering the water, even if there is fine sand after going further on, in the sea. For us this place is perfect for the view, the clossness to the water, the people there who are like a family to us, we can go take a bath for 2 hours and then come back and relax in the appartment, where there is air conditionning. We already booked our nexr year trip and we can't wait to go back!

Great air con in the room, Netflix too! Fab shower. Great choices for breakfast, pancakes, croissants, toast, eggs, bacon… and nothing was too much trouble. Great coffee and fresh orange juice.
