Well located modern property. In the centre of Tsilivi, but you are not disturbed by any town noise. In fact, it is surprisingly quiet. A 2 minute walk from the Spar supermarket. The villa is easy walking distance to the beach. Pool was cleaned every morning and cleaners turned up twice during the week to change sheets and towels. Air conditioning works in all rooms and is effective. Fridge and washing machine clean and in functioning order. Large car park area in front of the villa. Never ran out of hot water. Coffee machine and kettle relatively new appliances. Astarte Villas provide a 'concierge' service and Efi was particularly helpful during our stay with local information and assistance with booking taxis. The time between landing on the tarmac and entering the property was well under 1 hour! The photos posted by Astarte Villas on Booking.com are representative of what you will find on arrival.

Villa is clearly new and well equipped for self catering (oven, toaster, waffle maker, fridge freezer, all pans and cutlery etc). The pool was lovely, if a tad cold for children, but we did travel in April! It had a double and single bed in one upstairs room with ensuite and one double bedroom downstairs plus the main bathroom so 2 couples could easily stay here. The villa is excellently located for shops, restaurants and literally 5 minute walk to the gorgeous Tsilivi beach. A recommendation to eat at Stasi Grill house - best gyros!!!
