We loved the resort in general. We stayed on 28-30 Dec. The staff are really great, friendly and accommodating especially the ladies at the reception. My bad I forgot the receptionist's name who was exceptionally helpful to us. The resort has a restaurant and the food we ordered for lunch and dinner were all great and scrumptious. We all love it! The location is perfect as it's just a 10-15 minute walking distance to Tsaghkadzor Ski Resort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Ms. Ani. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were beyond impressive. She was always ready to assist with any request, whether it was providing local recommendations, answering questions about the hotel's amenities, or ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. I also would like to thank Mr. Robert in the restaurant for being so hospitable and always making sure that we were comfortable and happy with the food and service.

The amenities, breakfast, restaurants, view and sceneries outside our balcony are amazing.. the design of each villa as well added to the good view.

Good place to relax during a winter trip. Pool and Sona are awesome. Had some issues in room but very quick service team rectified very fast. Mr. Lucas was very polite and helpful. All staffs are very helpful.

The ambience and the location. Very calm and cool place. The reception staff was very helpful and so caring. The Tsaghkadzor rope way is located just 700m from the hotel. Anyone who is planning to visit Armenia, I would highly recommend a stay here.

It was an awesome stay at the resort, the location is perfect, just few minutes from the ropeway. Staff were really helpful and supportive, thanks to Ms. Ani and Ms. Kristine. Changed the room as per our request. They made our anniversary special, thanks again.
