The property was exceptionally well equipped with operating manuals for various pieces of equipment. It was very clean, in a good location, walkable to anywhere in Truro. I thourily enjoyed my stay there.

The facilities were great. In general, photos don't reflect what the propertry is exactly, but 12 Kel Avon was better than the photos. We also liked the scones, cream, jam and wine and the fact that the house had the basics, like salt, coffee, sugar, etc. Everything was so organised and we did feel welcome. The games room was a real success!
