The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center, but easily accessible by car with private parking. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Slept like a log in a warm bedroom on a freezing Christmassy evening after parking in the hotel carpark (albeit at extra cost). Good hot shower and breakfast the next day. Plus Troyes is one of the most Christmassy towns I've ever seen.

Comfortable family room for the 4 of us. EV charger space (they have 3 x 7kW chargers) could be pre-booked and was free (just the regular car park space to pay) which was a real plus for us. Buffet breakfast was not bad.

We had a huge room. It had two bathrooms - a disabled access toilet and shower (no sink) and a separate toilet and bathroom too. Parking was very good, we pre-booked a space and it was very secure and organised well. Good location to explore Troyes

It's an old-school hotel, refurbished just ever-so-slightly and "on the budget", so don't expect anything fancy. It's quirky, the floors and stairs are uneven and squeaky. But it smells good and has a pleasant vibe. The rooms are quite small and en-suite bathrooms are tiny but there's everything one could need. My bed was quite soft and bouncy, but nothing terrible. The location is just great: in the middle of the town, but wonderfully quiet. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. And a convenient parking space is a great plus.

We've been using this hotel for years, and it's now had a complete refit. Rooms are now modern, bright and have a new large shower.Breakfast was great, fresh and good value for money. Car parking too.
