The location was great - 3 minutes walk from the old town of Troyes. The breakfast was lovely - taken in the small quiet garden at the back of the house. The system for the code for the front door and the apartment door was a little confusing but Joelle met us at the property and explained it - after that it was easy. The apartment/room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable.

The property was ideally located for the centre of Troyes, with the cheapest ever public parking across the street. The apartment itself was furnished to a high standard and immaculately presented. Our host was very friendly and provided excellent local knowledge.

Everything, the apartment even had an ice machine, which was very welcome during very hot weather. Beautiful décor, well proportioned rooms. Netflix tv. Double glazing. Public car park right opposite. Just a few minutes walk to old part of town, offering wide choice of restaurants and bars.

Superbly appointed apartment - decorated to high standards, with all mod cons, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Impressive security for safe access to the apartment. Parking so convenient, just across the road ( 4 euros per day)and 10 minutes walk into old town max. Lovely warm welcome from Joëlle who made sure we had everything we wanted, advised on local restaurants (and reserved a table for us in the one we chose) and sorted out our parking ticket for us - fantastic service, thank you!

A beautiful property, well-situated in Troyes. The property is well-equipped and secure. There is public parking immediately across the road, which was free of charge overnight on a Sunday.

This is a fabulous apartment, beautifully and cleverly designed with attention to detail. Joelle is a very kind and caring host and takes pride in what she does and it shows. Lovely little touches like the complimentary water and drinks to buy in the fridge. We arrived by car, the big car park right opposite the property is easy access from the main roads and we managed to get a space right opposite the entrance! At only 4 euros for the night it's cheap and easy. You just need to cross the road through the car park and you are in the old town with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. We would happily stay again.
