Very modern and clean, very friendly and helpful team on reception which was 24hrs. We used the secure parking which was great. Good location walking distance to the old town.

Great location, nice double room, lovely staff and very good value. Under ground car park excellent, seemed very secure. 10 minute walk into town

The welcome when we arrived was great. Secure parking is very welcome. We have a small dog, and were allowed to take breakfast in the reception/lounge area so that we didn't have to leave him in the room alone.

Very comfortable bed with excellent quality bedding. Very good breakfast with a good choice of items. Easy to find from motorway & an easy 10 min walk into town centre. Parking worth e12 for security. Staff attentive & friendly. Perfect for an overnight stay. Much better quality than other chain hotels.
