We manage to park outside which was ideal as we could not use hotel car park as we had a roof rack - room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed . As always the IBIS breakfast was excellent and great value

Location easy to walk into old town good selection of resturants, Christmas lights and Secure Parking. Ideal halfway stop for the Alps. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Fabulous location, 5 minutes walk from town centre and all the beautiful little streets and crooked houses. Very spacious hotel room (bigger than other Ibis hotels we have stayed in), nice and comfy bed, good facilities (including tea and coffee at discretion in Reception area), friendly staff, easy to find and to park (underground parking way more spacious than expected and easy to get in and out. Note for parking, you will firstly need to go at reception and get the code to be granted access). Another big plus for us is being a dog friendly hotel (our dog was even allowed to join us for breakfast x)

The room was very spacious and the staff was really welcoming and helpful. Location-wise, the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of the beautiful centre of Troyes. They offer some gluten free options for breakfast, which is really great.
