We enjoyed the semi rural location, easy bus to town or a short cab. Cosy place, lots of fires and a nice welcome with coffee and cake.

The location was perfect. It was remote yet not far from shops food places etc…. The staff were so welcoming and the continental breakfast in bed was perfect! Would definitely stay again, and the scenery around the grounds were stunning and the driveway up to the property was spectacular. Highly recommend staying here.

We were made to feel very welcome. My wife had mentioned it was my birthday, we were upgraded and had a birthday card from the team in our room on arrival. All the staff were very friendly. The evening meal we had at the hotel was exceptional.
