Great location - close to beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Maria in reception was so lovely and helpful. Organised cake and champagne for my partner’s birthday. Offered restaurant recommendations and helped with trains, etc.

Beautiful property-our rooms was very spacious and the air conditioning was great after a hot August day. The staff are amazing! Maria is beautiful and so helpful/friendly. 5 star service :)

Location was fantastic, close to cafes, restaurants and bars. Maria Antionetta and staff were very accommodating, could not do enough for us. Very friendly, kind and professional. We will definitely stay here again

Everything about Franco’s house is amazing, the location is a short walk down the stairs and located right in the middle of the main square. Room is completely sound proof.

Franco’s house exceeded expectations!!! If your going to tropea this is where you need to stay!!! Its location is right in the middle of everything and the room looked better in person. Maria went above and beyond starting from helping us get the train timetables to Tropea and even calling the airport to help us with our lost luggage! We will definitely be back to Franco’s house.
