This exclusive penthouse holiday apartment with roof terrace, has sea views from the living room and garden roof terrace and is located only yards from the promenade and sandy beach in the seaside town of Troon. All on third floor: living room/kitchen with wooden floor. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft) with en suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin, both with patio doors. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Electric woodburner in living room included. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Three Freeview TVs, DVD/CD player, iPod docking station, electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, free WiFi. Large roof top terrace with seating area and furniture. Including parking space for 1 car and welcome pack.

The hosts were on the phone whenever we needed them and made it seamless to get to the property and anything else that was needed. We have never slept so well on the amazingly comfy beds and felt like home from home. Lovely location right next to the beach as well. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

Very conveniently located in the town centre, with all amenities and facilities included. The instructions to access the property and parking were clear and helpful. The terrace had a great view of the sea but the weather didn't allow the use of the open terrace.
