Fabulous people! Tremendous location! Good amenities in room — comfy chairs and kitchenette. The people really were the best — friendly and helpful. The free coffee was really good. We could not have asked for a better location. The parking was also relatively easy.

I had a room on the 4th floor, very charming. You have a look over the roofs.. Good mattress, good sleep. Would have stayed longer. Very cozy. The only thing is, that you have to walk up the stairs, but that did not bother me at all. Good exercise. Got some help with the luggage.. quiet street right in the center..

The staff were very friendly. We arrived on an early sleeper train at 7am, and they allowed us to store our bags at the front, and sent us a message as soon as the room was vacated and cleaned, allowing us to check in 4 hours earlier than the advertised check in time. The bed was comfortable, and pillows were a pleasant size as well.

As far as I remember it was the cheapest hotel, in other words, the hotel with the lowest price/quality ratio, in the city centre for the days I stayed in Trondheim. Actually, as the name implies, it's an adjusted pension rather than a traditional hotel. They don't offer breakfast or any other meal, but a room has a kitchen to let you prepare your own meal. The location of the hotel is very good: most of the landmarks of the city are within walking distance. If you feel tired and/or go to a far place, it's convenient to use public transport because there are trams and buses passing through/around the hotel. There are many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel as well. The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful. They offer free tea, coffee, and hot water at the reception too. My room was big enough. Owing to the fully opened window and Trondheim's weather which was still cool in July, I could have decent air conditioning in the room, but the radiator could heat the room as well when it's plugged in and turned on. My bed was comfortable. The room and the bathroom were clean enough. Last but not least, the hotel's wireless Internet connection was hassle-free.

It was clean, and the owner contacted me the day of checkin since we were to check in late. He gave me all the info needed to get in.
