Absolutely amazing. We checked in outside reception’s working hours but had no problem finding our way. There is a beautiful living room with a piano and tons of books where you can relax, there is a tea/coffee station in the afternoon and evening with some sweets as well. Breakfast is included and there is a wide variety of everything, all fresh and tasty. Perfect location in the city centre, right by the Cathedral, we also had a beautiful view of the water and the famous tiny houses. Wonderfully comfortable beds and heated floor in the bathroom were our favourite. We also saw the northern lights for the first time ever during our one night there, so it might just be a magical place.

The amazing vibe, location, and other friendly guests make this stay unique and unforgettable. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities are basic, but everything works great. The water is hot and has the perfect balance of being soft while still easily removing soap. We could definitely come back. PS. Don't miss the freshly baked bread in the morning! Breakfasts are wonderful.

Fantastic breakfast, spoilt for choice and did not know where to start. We did start though and found it difficult to stop!! Lovely quiet location, a nice walk from the station.

This hotel has a character. It is important for me. Location is just best, it is right in the city center, yet so quiet and peaceful - that´s perfect for me. I loved my room. It felt like being home, not in a hotel. Very comfortable bed, where I had the best sleep in a long time. Breakfast was very very good - smørbrød was something I didn´t expect and enjoyed. Fresh and still warm bread gave the feeling of cosines. And the living room for breakfast is so cosy. It was a bit rainy that morning, but I still had a coffee also outside, on a cafe terrace of the hotel. It was also quite unusual to have breakfast with a view on old cemetery next to the Nidaros Cathedral. People working in the hotel are very kind and helpful. I recommend this place if you have same needs as me when it comes to place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
