Online room booking was very easy. Excellent hotel location. Close to shops, lots of nearby restaurants, general shopping center, and public transport. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Hotel is neat and tidy.

Hotel is very well located in the centre of Tromso and a short walk from the harbour, Airport express bus stop and the bars and restaurants. The breakfast offering was extremely comprehensive and of very good quality - very impressive! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an excellent taxi booking system at reception.
